Let’s be honest - No one likes getting documents notarized. The moment you realize you need a notarized signature, your heart drops and your mind starts racing, wondering where, when and how you’re going to get this done. Many of life’s most important transactions come to a screeching halt the moment notarization is required. 

The COVID-19 Pandemic brought many changes, but one good change was making it easier to do notarizations online, saving clients time and money.

This inspired Kent to start Express Notary Toronto. The goal of Express Notary Toronto is to provide easy, accessible, and convenient notarial services to clients - whether in person or from the comfort of wherever they have access to the internet.

What do Notaries do?

Notaries provide certainty to a variety of legal documents, contracts, and transactions - but do not provide or offer legal advice. We provide a point in time where a third party confirms that one or more parties have signed a document. We also bind people to oaths or declarations. We confirm that photographs are true likenesses. We certify true copies of original documents. Our notarial seals mean something when they are affixed to a document that can be trusted, and relied upon, the world over.
